Product Detail

Upgrade your braking performance with AS3 Performance Venhill brake lines. Made from marine - grade stainless steel, these brake lines prevent hose expansion, greatly enhancing the feel and response of your braking system. Factory - tested to 1500 psi, they meet or exceed TUV and DOT standards. Unlike many other brake lines, AS3 Venhill ones come with stainless steel swivel unions. This allows you to fine - tune the banjo angle for perfect alignment on the caliper and master cylinder every time. These brake lines are a great fit for 2010 - 2013 Honda CRF 250 R and 2009 - 2013 Honda CRF 450 R models. Key features include marine - grade stainless steel braiding, DuPont PTFE heat - resistant hosing, and chrome banjos with swivel unions for a perfect fit. They're DOT and TUV approved, and each line comes with 4 copper washers as shown. It's a UK - made product with a 12 - month warranty. All parts are in stock for immediate dispatch, and custom colors/orders are available upon request. The photos are stock images, but the part you get will match the listed models.

Using your AS3 Venhill brake line is straightforward. First, make sure your bike is turned off and on a stable surface. Remove the old brake line carefully and then install the new AS3 Venhill line, adjusting the banjo angle with the stainless steel swivel unions for a perfect fit. Ensure all connections are tight and then fill the brake system with the appropriate brake fluid. When it comes to maintenance, check the brake line regularly for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or leaks. Keep the line clean and avoid exposing it to sharp objects or excessive heat. If you notice any issues, it's best to replace the line right away. Remember, always follow the safety guidelines provided by your bike's manufacturer. And if you're not sure about the installation process, it's a good idea to get help from a professional mechanic.
